Use Pre-Recorded Messages on Trains and Buses

Frequently, people post messages to #marta on twitter complaining about the indecipherable communication by the train and bus operators.

Using the pre-recorded automated messages on the trains and buses should be considered standard operating procedure. The operator should only override the default automated message as necessary. The automated messages are clear and provide useful information.

Too often, the operators mumble and do not speak clearly. This is particularly troubling for out of town guests or infrequent riders on the system.
